Schedule Your Wine Fitting!
The most important reason we started The Sip Cellar was to share our love of wine with our friends, family and our community. Starting in 2026, we introduced what we are calling your Wine Fitting. With over 1,400 unique grape varieties, produced in over 80 countries across the world - by over 100,000 different wineries - there are nearly endless wines for you to try.
How do you know where to start?
If you like one type of wine - how do you know which others you might like?
How do you know which wines go best with different foods?
Yes - you can use ChatGPT and other AI solutions online. But, how do you know what to ask AI to help you dial in what wines you will like?
This is why we created The Sip Cellar’s custom Wine Fitting!! Here’s how it works:
Fill out the form here, and select a time to come into the shop
We will contact you to confirm how many will be in your group
During your Wine Fitting at The Sip Cellar, you will try samples of four different wines
We’ll talk about sight, aroma and taste of each of the wines - and you’ll start to learn more about what you like - and why!
Two great benefits from your Wine Fitting:
You’ll walk away knowing more about how to describe what you like and don’t like about wine (…grab that Wine List at the restaurant and order with confidence next time!!)
Order at least $150 in wine that day - and your $25 Wine Fitting fee will be immediately credited to that order!
About Us
We are JD & Thomas, and we would like to thank you for your support
and desire to learn more about wine along with us. JD is in the midst of becoming a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers - and Thomas has been a wine enthusiast and traveller for over 20 years.
Our entire goal here is to learn more about wine, and share that
knowledge with our friends, our family and our community. Humble
beginnings are the goal as we get started - so we would like to thank you for joining us on this journey!
